Don Womble has served as the CEO of two large-size 501(c)(3) organizations. He resigned after a 25-year tenure at the first organization due to clinical burnout. Following two years of mental and physical wholeness, Don learned how to recover from burnout with a passion for leading again and helping Senior Leaders work through personal burnout. He founded a second organization, which he currently serves.
Don has earned several college degrees, one being an MBA in Organizational Psychology Development. In 2017, he co-founded a professional counseling center in his community. Don has achieved certification with the John Maxwell Team as a speaker, teacher, and coach. He also possesses a certification as a Mental Health Life Coach. Don is the published author of several books and a course creator. He currently serves on the board of directors for three charitable organizations.
From childhood through adult life, Don Womble lived with Generalized Anxiety and Panic attacks. He is familiar with the fear and battles of those who agonize from these struggles. Don has learned by trial and error how to work through these disorders.
Through the techniques and tools, he has attained, he has provided teaching, mentoring, and assistance to countless individuals suffering from the same challenges.
Don, his wife, Kathy, and his family live in south Fort Worth, Texas. He considers himself a family man and enjoys family events more than any activities.
